My 2011 Dodge Durango overheated on I-196 just south of Holland as I began my drive to Wisconsin. It was ~1.p.m on a Monday. I had it towed to West Side Service as it was recommended. They were able to quickly troubleshoot it, determining that the radiator had a hole, and water pump was weeping liquid out. I confirmed this, they ordered parts. I was told it wouldn't be finished by closing as the AC tubing interfered & had to be evacuated and remove partially. The manager gave me a ride to nearby hotel, told me it should be ready by noon Tuesday. At 11 a.m., it was ready, he picked me and my bicycle, and several belongings from hotel in my car. Everything was done very well, time was very reasonable, costs as expected, and I consider myself fortunate that I chose them. I am very pleased with West Side Service of Holland.

I’ve NEVER left a review for any business EVER. That being said, Steve the Manager and Ben the mechanic earned my time and consideration in writing one. They were honest, direct and fair (traits which were hard to find or totally nonexistent at other mechanics/service departments). They checked my brake problem, told me (and showed me) precisely what needed to be done, did the work in an efficient and professional manner. Relocating from Chicago to Holland has had many benefits; including finding Westside... they earned my business as a loyal customer who will spread the word about what a great experience I had.
