I had dealt with Ken's Tire for more than 30 years. Now that Ken's has been sold it's like all the rest of the "Big Box" tire shops. You used to be able to roll in a flat tire and there was always someone with 10 minutes to spare that could quickly patch it, not anymore. Now it's "I have 2 appointments for tomorrow afternoon, for a 10 minute fix. I have tried to patronize the new Westside Service twice and both times I have been sadly disappointed. With this said, I don't believe I'll go here again in the future, if I'm looking for a Big Box experience in a tire shop, I'll go somewhere else. I do not recommend the "New" Ken's at all. Well I dropped my tire off for repair and because they read my FACTUAL review they REFUSED SERVICE! I guess that tells just what kind of people now own Westside Service ( formerly Ken's Tire of Allegan. Extremely rude people there. Stay away.
