I found Steve and his staff to be both competent and caring. What an awesome combo! I had traveled about 2 + hrs for a medical appointment when I discovered a minor car problem. Even though Steve's shop was as busy as could be, he kindly took the time to repair to my car so that I could travel home safely. Steve's integrity and compassion touched me so, that I am planning to return to Holland for future car maintenance needs. It is definitely worth the trip!

Westside Service provided a very good experience. They checked out my car and told me what needs to be done now and what can wait, which i appreciate. Other less honest dealers might have told me I needed costly repairs right then. this goes a long way, they will definitely get more of my business!
