I moved to grand rapids a few years ago, and have been taking my vehicles to them that entire time. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the shop, always a good sign! Then the manager was more than fair with his pricing, and gavr several options. (He did this without knowing i knew my fair share about auto repair). Timliness was great and the problems were always fixed as described to me.
I brought my truck in and asked for the to asses the trouble. Within a few hours they let me know all that was wrong and what my options were. Thank you!
