Very detailed, not pressuring. Good if you want to maintain your car well, they look for every detail that needs attention, take pics and make you aware and track its functionality as you bring in your car for service. They were accommodating and practical

Very pleased with my experience here. Alex’s customer service was exceptional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the repairs needed and the costs involved. Bill was also great to work with. The system they use to send you the report about your vehicle with photos is really nice. If you want top-notch service and a great attitude, this is the place to go!

Got my brakes changed and a full inspection this week with Westside Service and so happy about it! The men I spoke with over the phone and interacted with in person were incredibly patient/kind. Answered my questions and curiosities to the best of their ability. Provided full disclosure on estimates/reasonings with everything they found during their inspection of my car. Highly recommend them, loved how they handled their business and will be seeing them again in the future if my car needs more work done.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! Boy, do I have a story for you. I wish I was making this up. I call them and set up an appointment for a couple days out, gave them my name and even spelled it for them, gave them my phone number, and the year, make, and model of the car. Dropped off the car the day before after they closed because I often work late into the evening. So appointment day comes, and while I work I'm waiting to receive a call about what's going on. I get nothing, until I go on break at 4pm and call them myself. Just to be told that my vehicle was ignored because they couldn't match it to a name or appointment and just assumed it was a random drop off with no appointment. Even though they had an appointment for that exact vehicle in the system but allegedly under the wrong name. So even if it was under the wrong name, the car had an appointment but never got looked at. They look at it first thing the next day and call me in the morning to tell me what they've come up with. Bad master cylinder, so I approve to have it replaced. All goes well but my rear brakes are still not pressurized as they should be and recommend to replace both rear calipers and lines. THEN, they tell me it's still not working because they need to re-bleed the ABS system with a specific scanner tool that they DON'T have as a shop that is specialized in brakes and immediate surrounding specialties. That was on Thursday, it was ordered and supposed to show up on Friday to complete the job. It doesn't show up. I'm stuck waiting over the weekend until monday. Monday comes and they bleed the ABS system and brakes and complete the job. We paid full price and picked up the vehicle. The VERY NEXT DAY, the ABS and Traction control lights come on along with the message SERVICE ADVANCETRAC which is what fords ABS system is called. Do some digging on line and run my own cheap scanner and it comes up with the left rear wheel speed sensor is not sending any signals to the ECU. So I lift up the car, take the tire off, and right in front of my eyes, as soon as I took the tire off. I see that my ABS sensor wire has a huge gash taken out of it. Clear as day, a child couldn't miss it. So not only did they take exceptionally longer than it should have, I paid full price, and got left with another major issue for my vehicle that THEY CLEARLY CREATED. WILL NEVER USE THIS SHOP AGAIN!! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC!!
