Good experience, very informative with pics, would’ve given a 5 but had to get an explanation on a previous install that they fumbled with a little. Other than that, I would recommend them every time!

I dropped my truck off on a Thursday morning. Now, listen, this is a 2000 Ford’s finest 7.3. Probably older than some of you that even read these reviews. None the less, being from Texas, not knowing a soul, the good Lord put this team in my path to make the appropriate repairs, much less than what I thought it would be and it the most timely manner I could imagine. As I type this, I’m sitting on my front porch, 955 miles from the town where this fine shop resides. Thank y’all for the friendly, quick service! God Bless y’all, too, I reckon. Service was fast and reasonable price. Asked to see why the spare tire was rattling and they tightened it and perfect. No rattling noise. Great job and everyone was very professional.

Went into Westside auto to get an alignment on a Friday it's now Wednesday of the fallowing week and both my front hubcaps have fallen off if you ask me that's just laziness to not tighten up every part not happy about having to buy new hubcaps after paying 100 $ for an alignment
