My wife took her car in for service before making a drive across the country. For an overall vehicle inspection, ball joints and an oil change. Wife notices on her trip the front dust plate is hanging down. As well as the heatshield that sits over the exhaust. Which means the shop just decided not to fully install them when they were finished? Forgot maybe? Or Just decided not to mention during their "inspection" 2 separate plates hanging by a couple of screws? Either way for spending almost 2 grand on an inspection/maintenance you'd think you wouldn't have to worry about these things.

Excellent service! We recently had our car serviced at the Zeeland location and couldnt be more satisfied! Matt was our contact and was extremely helpful. He answered all our concerns and provided outstanding customer service. They promptly went over the car and gave us the results of their inspection. All work was completed on time and was within the estimate. Each employee we spoke with was professional and polite. I would highly recommend this shop and will continue to bring our vehicle in when necessary. Thanks again Matt and staff!
