Recently, I had to have my car towed and had to choose a place off the top of my head. I remembered my son had been to Westside so that's where I went. I'm so very happy with my choice. They told me they could at least look at it same day. They kept me apprised with progress in determining the problem, without any surprise costs. 9/23/20 I brought my car in 9/22 because it wasn't sounding right. It was easy to make an on line appointment. I received a phone call explaining in detail what had been checked and how, and what the problem was. I appreciated being informed and with how quickly they were able to resolve the problem. Services: Engine repair, Check engine light diagnostic

I got my car towed to Westside after getting an opinion at another car repair shop in Holland who told me I needed a new transmission. Westside got me in the next morning, diagnosed the issue, and it was only the alternator that was the problem. They fixed the issue and got my vehicle back the same day!
