This is an okay establishment for an oil change, but I would not trust them with doing a full fluid check, etc. They also do not perform safety inspections so will literally turn a blind eye from some potential mechanical and engine issues. I would not trust them with high-dollar projects, but I think they understand this as well, which is why they refer out work on transmissions, mufflers, etc. They specialize in pretty standard, wear and tear type of work. Anything outside of that is probably not their wheelhouse.
