I dropped my car off before they were even open was told tires would be in by 10am, called at 12:12 noon and was told "oh things are crazy busy, the tire truck was late and our mechanic is gonna finish the tires on another car then go to lunch and pull yours in" I called at 2:35pm and was told I'd have to wait an additional hour as my car hadn't even been in the shop yet. Clearly appointments dont matter and time isn't a thing to them. Wont ever come to this business again.

Had them inspect noise in front driver's side breaking system. They couldn't find the problem. Picked up car, drove a few blocks, noise came back. Returned and had them look at truck again and pointed out the noise. They looked at it again and found wheel weight caught up between dust shield & caliper. New tires were put on by Bell Tire a few days prior and somehow a newly installed wheel weight fell into the brake area??? Service: General repairs & maintenance
